Process Manufacture
The manufacturing module is at the heart of the Compac Gold software package and is used to regulate all forms of manufacture, from simple blending or assembly, through packaging, to full scale production.The production module at the centre of Generation is dedicated to seed production.
In the mill and general production environments Cal Software is essentially a planning and management tool designed to provide cost, traceability, quality, yield and performance information and to optimise productivity and plant utilisation. It is also an operational system enabling just in time procurement, which links incoming orders, stock and production planning, including the seamless integration of computerised Process Controllers. More specifically the system is designed to operate in environments which require full conformity with RPSGB requirements, adherence to automatic batch tracking and traceability and the avoidance of cross contamination to ensure control over the whole production cycle.
